E-Z Construction is proud to have constructed the last 3 major renovations to Louisville’s historic Iroquois Park Overlook. Our first renovation of the park was in 1977. Each time, our work required devotion to preserving the Olmstead legacy.
The renovated multi use paved concourse allows access for walking, biking and handicap access, while preserving the intricate nature of the surrounding park. The Overlook provides a panoramic view of the Louisville skyline while blending the green infrastructure elements into a seamless landscape.

The Kentucky Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects recently presented E-Z Construction an Award of Merit for this project.
