Beecher Terrace was a housing project in need of complete reconstruction and was a significant project with HUD and the City of Louisville.  E-Z Construction was selected to perform major site improvements under the direction of the lead general contractor.  Our 18-month commitment to the project included two phases of complete site work, which consisted of building pad construction, storm drainage, site utilities, stormwater retention, concrete curbs, and parking lots.

Our team performed under challenging circumstances, while maintaining a varied and ever-changing schedule.  Upon completion, the new housing development re-established pride in a community neighborhood, which covered six city blocks.
