BAPTIST HEALTH HARDIN
OUTPATIENT MEDICAL PAVILION

E-Z Construction was selected by Baptist Health Hardin to perform the mass excavation for its new 282,000-square-foot outpatient medical pavilion, a key first phase of the hospital’s historic $225 million expansion—the largest in its 70-year history. Serving 10 surrounding counties, the project required significant site preparation and infrastructure upgrades to support the scale and complexity of the new facility.

Working under an aggressive schedule, our team executed a substantial earthwork package along with major utility relocations. This included shifting 550 feet of sanitary sewer, 1,800 feet of storm drainage, and installing over 200 feet of concrete box culverts, all while maintaining precise coordination with hospital operations and the broader construction team.

This early-phase work laid the foundation for one of the region’s most significant healthcare investments, demonstrating E-Z Construction’s capacity to manage complex, large-scale infrastructure projects with precision and efficiency.
